Matt brings over a decade of hands-on experience in motorsports engineering, custom fabrication, and high-performance engine development. He founded Wiley Speed to merge elite CAD design with the speed-focused mindset of racing. A Purdue Engineering Manager by day and full-time gearhead by nature, Matt leads all technical direction, product development, and project execution at Wiley Speed.

Sarah keeps Wiley Speed running like a well-oiled machine. From scheduling and logistics to customer communication and shop organization, she’s the engine behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a growing skill set in fabrication and mechanical work, she’s not just managing the workflow — she’s learning to build it, too.

Shop Supervisor
Wiley is the namesake of the shop and takes her role seriously — except when she’s napping. A Norwegian Forest Cat with an eye for quality control and an affinity for cardboard boxes, Wiley lives on-site and makes frequent appearances during late nights and big builds. She reminds the team to pause, observe, and stay curious.
